Als schulische Heilpädagogin / schulischer Heilpädagoge (SHP) sind Sie hauptverantwortlich für die Förderung von Schülerinnen und Schülern mit Lernschwierigkeiten oder einer Beeinträchtigung. In ausgewiesenen Fällen erheben Sie den individuellen Förderbedarf mittels Förderdiagnostik.
In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Lehrpersonen planen und besprechen Sie geeignete Fördermassnahmen, die sowohl auf einzelne Schülerinnen und Schüler als auch auf die gesamte Lerngruppe ausgerichtet sein können.
Zudem unterstützen Sie die Lehrpersonen in der Zusammenarbeit mit den Erziehungsberechtigten.
Für die Schulleitung sind Sie eine wichtige Ansprechperson bei Fragen zur Überprüfung, Sicherung und Weiterentwicklung des schulischen Umgangs mit besonderen Bildungsbedürfnissen.
Sie befinden sich in der Ausbildung zur schulischen Heilpädagogik oder haben diese bereits erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Im Umgang mit Schülerinnen und Schülern pflegen Sie stets eine wertschätzende und liebevolle Haltung und Sie haben Erfahrung in der Förderung von Kindern mit Lern- und Entwicklungsbesonderheiten. Ihre hohe soziale Kompetenz, Empathie und Kommunikationsfähigkeit zeichnen Sie aus. Dann sind Sie bei uns genau am richtigen Ort. Wir freuen uns auf Ihre Bewerbung.

The Department of Economic and Internal Affairs deals with important matters for the smooth functioning of the state, the economy and society as a whole. Amongst other things it is responsible for the areas of justice, the police, communes and the economy.
The Department of Education, Culture and Sports deals with all aspects in the context of basic and professional training, secondary schools and university education. It is also in charge of the promotion of cultural affairs, the preservation of cultural assets as well as sports promotion
The Department of Finance and Resources is responsible for the procurement and administration of major resources so that the Canton can fulfil its tasks efficiently.
Department of Health and Social Affairs
The Department of Health and Social Affairs deals with different tasks in the areas of health and social matters, consumer protection, the military and civil protection.
The Department of Civil Engineering, Transport and Environment sees to the creation of the major framework conditions for a good quality of life and a strong economic environment in the Canton of Aargau. Its staff deals with questions of spatial planning, energy, transport infrastructures and environmental concerns
State Chancellery
The State Chancellery supports the Aargau Government Council in terms of strategy, operational and legal affairs and communication. The focus of its activities lies in the optimization of the scope of activities of the Government Council.
