Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung von Schülerinnen und Schülern im Lernprozess
  • Individuelle Förderung von Kindern mit Unterstützungsbedarf und/oder angepassten Lernzielen
  • Unterstützung von Kindern mit Deutsch als Zweitsprache (DaZ)
  • Erstellen und Umsetzen von Förderplänen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Klassenlehrperson und dem Unterrichtsteam
  • Teilnahme an Standortgesprächen
  • Teilnahme an interdisziplinären Besprechungen im multiprofessionellen Team


Anforderungen

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Schulischer Heilpädagogik oder stehen kurz vor Abschluss des Studiums
  • Sie sind ausgebildete Primarlehrperson mit Berufserfahrung und an der integrativen Förderung interessiert
  • Sie sind eine humorvolle und motivierte Persönlichkeit mit Empathie, Übersicht und Geduld
  • Sie sind flexibel und offen, den pädagogischen Handlungsspielraum mit neuen Ideen zu nutzen
