Aufgaben

  • Als SHP sind Sie hauptverantwortlich für die heilpädagogische Förderung einzelner Schülerinnen und Schüler mit Lernschwierigkeiten oder einer Behinderung.
  • Sie erheben in angezeigten Fällen den Förderbedarf mittels Förderdiagnostik.
  • Sie sind in verschiedenen Klassen tätig.
  • Sie führen mit den Lehrpersonen Gespräche über mögliche Massnahmen im Unterricht, die entweder auf die Klasse oder das einzelne Kind ausgerichtet sind.
  • Sie beraten die Eltern und unterstützen die Lehrperson bei der Zusammenarbeit mit den Eltern.
  • Sie sind für Schulleitungen eine Ansprechperson zur Überprüfung, Sicherung und Weiterentwicklung des Umgangs mit besonderen schulischen Bedürfnissen.


Anforderungen

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Schulischen Heilpädagogin / zum Schulischen Heilpädagogen oder befinden sich in Ausbildung dazu.
  • Sie sind eine emphatische, kommunikative und fröhliche Person, welche den Menschen wertschätzend begegnet.
  • Sie arbeiten aktiv im Fachteam der Heilpädagoginnen und im Schulteam mit.
  • Sie pflegen einen offenen Kontakt und eine lösungsorientierte Zusammenarbeit mit den Lehrpersonen, den Förderlehrpersonen und den Eltern.
