Für das Schulzentrum Bünzmatt in Wohlen AG suchen wir eine schulische Heilpädagogin / einen schulischen Heilpädagogen für drei 1. Klassen in einem Pensum von 16-20 Wochenlektionen. Sie fördern die Lernenden aus unterschiedlichen Klassen mehrheitlich integrativ.
Sie begleiten Schülerinnen und Schüler mit besonderem Förderbedarf und erstellen Förderplanungen und Berichte.
Sie arbeiten eng mit den Klassenlehrpersonen zusammen und sehen es als Teil Ihrer Arbeit, interdisziplinär mit verschiedenen Fachpersonen (Fachlehrpersonen, SSA, SL, SPD...) auszutauschen.
Sie beraten Lehrpersonen und Eltern nach Bedarf.
Sie arbeiten im Förderteam der Primarschule Bünzmatt / Anglikon mit und können Ihre Ideen und Ihr Wissen für die Weiterentwicklung des Förderbereichs einbringen, mit Ihren Teamkolleg/innen Fallbesprechungen durchführen und sich weiterbilden.
Sie haben einen Abschluss als Schulische Heilpädagogin / Schulischer Heilpädagoge (allenfalls auch Psychologie oder Erziehungswissenschaften) oder sind ausgebildete Primarlehrperson mit der Bereitschaft, das SHP-Studium zu absolvieren.
Sie sind eine humorvolle Persönlichkeit, welche eine hohe Teamfähigkeit als Ihre Stärke bezeichnet, mit Offenheit und Flexibilität Situationen anpackt und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Menschen hat.
Als Mitglied des Förderteams (SHP/DaZ/Logopädie) erhalten Sie kollegialen Austausch, Beratung und Unterstützung. Engagierte Lehrpersonen und Schulleitungen arbeiten konstruktiv mit Ihnen zusammen.
Die Schule stellt Ihnen einen persönlichen Laptop zur Verfügung. In SHP-Büroräumlichkeiten bieten wir Ihnen einen persönlichen Arbeitsplatz.

Its staff deals with questions of spatial planning, energy, transport infrastructures and environmental concerns
State Chancellery
The State Chancellery supports the Aargau Government Council in terms of strategy, operational and legal affairs and communication. The focus of its activities lies in the optimization of the scope of activities of the Government Council.
