Aufgaben

  • Übernahme der Klassenverantwortung für eine überschaubare Klasse mit 18 Lernenden
  • Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung eines abwechslungsreichen und kompetenzorientierten Unterrichts im Umfang von 18 Wochenlektionen
  • Individuelle Förderung und Begleitung der Lernenden entsprechend ihren unterschiedlichen Voraussetzungen und Bedürfnissen
  • Gestaltung einer wertschätzenden, motivierenden und lernförderlichen Klassenatmosphäre
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Fachlehrpersonen, Eltern und weiteren beteiligten Fachpersonen
  • Mitwirkung an schulischen Projekten und gemeinsamen Anlässen

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Lehrperson
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern sowie an der Übernahme von Klassenverantwortung
  • Engagierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Persönlichkeit
  • Fähigkeit, Lernprozesse individuell zu begleiten und die Stärken der Lernenden zu fördern
  • Wertschätzende und klare Kommunikation mit Lernenden, Eltern und dem Schulteam
  • Bereitschaft zu einer konstruktiven und verbindlichen Zusammenarbeit im Kollegium
