Aufgaben

Sie übernehmen die Klassenverantwortung für eine 1. Klasse und begleiten die Kinder in ihrem Schuleintritt
Sie gestalten einen lebendigen, entwicklungsorientierten und klar strukturierten Unterricht
Sie fördern die Schülerinnen und Schüler individuell und stärken sie in ihrer persönlichen Entwicklung
Sie arbeiten eng im Stufenteam sowie mit Fachpersonen zusammen
Sie pflegen eine wertschätzende und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit den Eltern
Sie bringen sich aktiv ins Schulleben ein und gestalten dieses mit

Anforderungen

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Lehrperson
Erfahrung im Unterricht auf der Unterstufe von Vorteil
Freude an der Arbeit mit jungen Kindern und an deren Förderung
Beziehungsstärke sowie ein wertschätzender und verlässlicher Umgang mit Kindern
Strukturierte, klare und entwicklungsorientierte Unterrichtsgestaltung
Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit im Stufenteam sowie mit Fachpersonen (DaZ, SHP etc.)
Reflexionsfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur Weiterentwicklung
Kommunikationsstärke im Kontakt mit Eltern und im Team
