Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben – vielseitig & sinnvoll

  • Co-Führung und Co-Begleitung einer 1. Klasse, 16 WL plus ½ Lektion KLP-Entlastung
  • Fächer Deutsch, Mathe, NMG, Musik, Bildnerisches Gestalten, Bewegung und Sport; teilweise im Halbklassenunterricht; Teamteaching möglich
  • Deine Unterrichtspräsenz: vor allem Mittwoch bis Freitag
    Planung, Gestaltung und Reflexion eines modernen Unterrichts
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit deiner Stellenpartnerin und dem Team Prim Dorf
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung von Schulentwicklung und Organisation
  • Aufbau einer vertrauensvollen, wertschätzenden Elternarbeit


Anforderungen

Dein Profil – fachlich & menschlich

  • Lehrdiplom oder auf dem Weg dorthin
  • Vertraut mit dem Aargauer Lehrplan 21 (oder bereit, sich einzuarbeiten)
  • Kreativ, strukturiert und mit Freude an pädagogischer Gestaltung
  • Teamorientiert, engagiert, verantwortungsbewusst und humorvoll
  • Kommunikativ, präsent und mit sicherem Auftreten
