Aufgaben

  • Sie arbeiten als Kindergartenlehrperson mit der ganzen Klasse oder mit einzelnen Kindern.
  • Als Lehrperson für DaZ sind Sie hauptverantwortlich für die sprachliche Förderung einzelner Schülerinnen und Schüler mit fremdsprachigem Hintergrund.
  • Als SHP sind Sie hauptverantwortlich für die heilpädagogische Förderung einzelner Schülerinnen und Schüler mit Lernschwierigkeiten oder einer Beeinträchtigung.
  • Sie erheben in angezeigten Fällen den Förderbedarf mittels Förderdiagnostik.
  • Sie führen mit der Klassenlehrperson Gespräche über mögliche Massnahmen im Unterricht, die entweder auf die Klasse oder einzelne Kinder ausgerichtet sind.
  • Sie beraten die Eltern und unterstützen die Lehrperson bei der Zusammenarbeit mit den Eltern.


Anforderungen

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Kindergartenlehrperson.
  • Eine Ausbildung in DaZ oder als SHP oder die Bereitschaft, diese zeitnah in Angriff zu nehmen.
  • Sie sind eine emphatische, kommunikative und fröhliche Person, welche den Menschen wertschätzend begegnet.
  • Sie arbeiten aktiv im Klassenteam und im Schulteam mit.
  • Sie pflegen einen offenen Kontakt und eine lösungsorientierte Zusammenarbeit mit den Lehrpersonen, den Förderlehrpersonen und den Eltern.
