Aufgaben

Ab Schuljahr 2026/27 werden Förderklassen plus für Schülerinnen und Schüler mit besonderen Bildungsbedürfnissen und erweitertem oder intensivem verstärkten Bedarf geführt.

Die Förderklasse plus befindet sich räumlich auf dem Schulareal eines Primarschulstandortes und ermöglicht die Durchlässigkeit.


  • Zusammenarbeit mit mit der hauptverantwortlichen Leitung einer Förderklasse plus für Schülerinnen und Schüler mit besonderen Bildungsbedürfnissen und erweitertem oder intensivem verstärktem Förderbedarf

  • Gemeinsame Führung der Klasse zusammen mit einer Schulischen Heilpädagogin oder -pädagogen

  • Planung und Durchführung eines bedarfsgerechten, individualisierten Unterrichts, orientiert am Lehrplan und den spezifischen Förderbedürfnissen der Kinder

  • Beurteilung der Lernfortschritte unter Berücksichtigung der individuellen Förderung

  • Sicherstellung der Durchlässigkeit zur Regelschule durch organisatorische Integration am Primarschulstandort

  • Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern, Fachpersonen und weiteren schulischen Partnern


Anforderungen


  • Beginn: Schuljahr 2026/27

  • Einsatzort: Förderklasse plus auf dem Schulareal eines Primarschulstandortes innerhalb der Kreisschule Aarau-Buchs

  • Zielgruppe: Schülerinnen und Schüler mit erweitertem oder intensivem verstärktem Förderbedarf

  • Klassengrösse: 4–8 Kinder, Klassenbildung innerhalb Zyklus 1 oder 2

  • Voraussetzungen: Anerkanntes Diplom als Primarlehrperson Zyklus 1 oder 2; Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern mit besonderen Bildungsbedürfnissen von Vorteil

  • Arbeit in kleinen Klassen mit 4–8 Schülerinnen und Schülern, die eine intensive und individuelle Förderung erhalten

  • Innovatives Unterrichtskonzept basierend auf dem neuen Volksschulgesetz des Kantons Aargau
