Aufgaben

Was dich erwartet:

  • Kleine Klasse, grosse Wirkung: Du unterrichtest eine kleine Gruppe von maximal 8-10 Kindern – mit Fokus, Zeit und Nähe.
  • Unterstützung im Schulalltag: Eine Klassenassistenz und zeitweise eine Praktikant:in begleitet dich im Unterricht.
  • Vielfalt ist Alltag: Du wirst Teil eines interdisziplinären Teams mit Fachpersonen aus unterschiedlichen Bereichen.
  • Austausch, der weiterbringt: Bei uns findest du offene Türen, engagierte Kolleg:innen und gelebte Teamarbeit.


Anforderungen

Was du mitbringst:

  • Ein Lehrdiplom sowie einen Master in schulischer Heilpädagogik – oder die Bereitschaft, diesen zu absolvieren.
  • Begeisterung für die Arbeit mit Kindern und Interesse an deren individuellen Entwicklungsprozessen.
  • Einen vielseitigen Methodenkoffer und die Fähigkeit, differenziert auf unterschiedliche Lernvoraussetzungen einzugehen.
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit und Engagement.
