Was dich erwartet:

  • Abwechslungsreiche Einsätze: Du unterrichtest als Springer:in im Zyklus 1 und 2 – in verschiedenen Klassen und Settings, mit viel Gestaltungsfreiraum.
  • Gemeinsam statt allein: Eine Klassenassistenz und zeitweise eine Praktikant:in unterstützen dich im Unterrichtsalltag.
  • Interdisziplinär vernetzt: Du arbeitest im Austausch mit einem engagierten Team aus Fachpersonen – mit Herz, Humor und Haltung.

Anforderungen

Was du mitbringst:

  • Ein Lehrdiplom sowie einen Master in schulischer Heilpädagogik – oder die Bereitschaft, diesen zu absolvieren.
  • Begeisterung für die Arbeit mit Kindern und Interesse an deren individuellen Entwicklungsprozessen.
  • Einen vielseitigen Methodenkoffer und die Fähigkeit, differenziert auf unterschiedliche Lernvoraussetzungen einzugehen.
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit und Engagement.
