Porsche Holding has more than 50 years of experience in car finance and insurance and is part of the Volkswagen Group.

Possible Tasks within this Role

• ensuring compliance of the company activity with law and regulations (including monitorization of new regulations and other normative acts)
• draft and revise contractual documentation or other legal acts for clients and suppliers;
• ensures representation of the company in relation with authorities and other institutions;
• participate in negotiations and assists and represents the company based and within the limits of the mandate granted by the management;
• analyze and draft answers for conciliations, complaints, authorities requests;
• ensures the relation and coordination with the lawyers;
• manage the original documents assigned according to the procedures in force;
• collaborates with other departments for elaboration of the relevant regulations, orders necessary in the company activity.

Qualification requirements

• Law degree;
• Experience 3-6 years: Legal/Commercial/Financial services
