Key Responsibilities
Support senior lawyers and tax advisors on
cross-border legal and tax advisory matters
for regional and international clients
Assist on
tax structuring, advisory, and transactional matters
, including corporate reorganizations, investments, and compliance projects
Draft and review
contracts, legal memoranda, tax opinions, advisory notes, and client correspondence
to a high professional standard
Conduct
in-depth legal and tax research
across multiple jurisdictions, with a focus on growth and emerging markets
Assist with
legal and tax due diligence
, regulatory reviews, and compliance documentation for corporate transactions
Coordinate with internal teams and associated regional offices to ensure seamless client service
Track and analyse
legislative and regulatory developments
, particularly in tax, corporate, and investment frameworks
Participate in client meetings, prepare summaries and action points, and ensure timely execution of follow-ups
Requirements

Bachelor of Laws (LLB or JD)
and
admitted to the Philippine Bar (required)
.
1–3 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
Exposure to or interest in international legal practice, tax law, or cross-border transactions.
Excellent legal drafting and research skills.
Strong communication skills, with professional-level English proficiency.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Valid passport and eligibility for a UAE work visa.
Availability to relocate to Abu Dhabi within 30–60 days of offer.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and client service orientation.
