Job Description

• Salary: $ 45k-60k
• This law office covers personal injury, (PLAINTIFF) Employment, (PLAINTIFF AND DEFENSE) criminal, WC (DEFENSE).
• Business casual environment in a boutique law firm office setting.
• Full-time schedule (in office) M to Fri, 8am to 430pm
• Vaccinated: Not required.
• Spanish, Farsi or Armenian speaking is a plus but NOT required.
• Personal Injury experience 2 yrs.
• Pre-Litigation & Litigation including trial: 2 yrs
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Word Perfect, and DROPBOX
• Familiar with Google Gmail and Calendaring
• Able to handle a caseload of 30 to 40 cases 
• 2 yrs of answering and propounding discovery...VERY IMPORTANT.
• Familiar with E-filing and familiarity with statutes, codes, local rules, etc.
• Will be working closely with attorney and Office Manager.
• Legal Assistant will have their own DESK. Needs to be able to pick up fairly quickly. 
• Interview process 1 interview but PREFERS in person but can accommodate a virtual interview if necessary.
