MSS Security is seeking a highly organised and proactive Legal Administrative Officer / Legal Secretary to support our in-house Legal team. Reporting to the General Counsel, this role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of legal, compliance and governance activities across the MSS Group.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal administrator, legal secretary or paralegal looking for flexibility and exposure to a broad corporate legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with contract reviews, summaries and document preparation
Support subcontractor onboarding, compliance and audit processes
Maintain contract records and document management systems
Coordinate subpoenas, regulator requests and document retrieval
Assist with ASIC filings and legal administration
Support ESG and compliance activities, including modern slavery reporting
About You
Experience in a legal secretary, legal assistant, paralegal or similar role
Strong organisation, attention to detail and time management
Confident working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and stakeholder skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and document systems (e.g. SharePoint)
Full Australian working rights
Willing to undergo National police checks and other pre-employment checks
