About the Opportunity

An opportunity has arisen for a Legal Secretary to join our vibrant and supportive Brisbane team. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual eager to advance their career.

This role provides a unique blend of support across our ESM and Property teams, with an additional floating secretary component to assist other practice groups, as and when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organise catering for meetings and events, ensuring all arrangements are in place.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments with relevant stakeholders including clients.
• Extensive diary and inbox management.
• Preparation and formatting of correspondence and legal documents.
• End of month billing and other financial administration.
• Some data entry.
• Floating support across Brisbane practice groups, assisting with urgent tasks or deliveries, overflow work and leave coverage.
• General administration including scanning, filing, and general office tasks.
• Cover of Front of House and Facilities during periods of leave.

About You

You will ideally have:

• Experience in a legal or office setting in a similar role (preferably within ESM or Litigation and Property).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A strong commitment to excellence in client service.
• Outstanding computer literacy skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn, grow and support multiple teams.
