About the role

This is a varied and detail-focused role where you’ll play a key part in keeping our legal processes running smoothly.

You’ll support across:

  • Lease and contract management tracking key dates, preparing documentation, and maintaining accurate records
  • Company secretarial support assisting with registers, resolutions, and compliance requirements
  • Document and file management ensuring information is organised, accessible, and up to date
  • Process improvement contributing to smarter ways of working, including the use of technology and tools

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and update contract and lease information
  • Coordinate lease renewals, notices, and reporting requirements
  • Prepare and manage legal documentation and templates
  • Support contract administration, including execution and filing
  • Manage the legal inbox and respond to internal queries
  • Support process improvement initiatives, including documentation systems and tools

What you’ll bring

  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative/legal support role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise effectively
  • Confidence handling confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • A proactive mindset and interest in improving processes

A NZ Diploma in Legal Executive Studies is preferred but not essential.
