SCOPE OF THE WORK

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to our Corporate and Finance team, including time entries, scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, making arrangements for global and domestic travel, managing electronic and physical files, handling reimbursement.
  • Coordinating with clients, opposing counsels and other parties to ensure smooth and accurate communication and timeous completion of tasks.
  • Assisting with the preparation of legal documents including formatting in accordance with the firm’s house style guideline, filing management in firm’s appointed document management system, preparing invoices in the finance system, handling budget and accrual reporting in client platforms, etc.
  • Supporting bidding and panel submission and assisting in online article editing.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in English or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a legal secretary.
  • Proactive, collaborative and detail oriented, able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong time-management skills with ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
  • Able to work overtime.
