Job Description

Our client is a well-known barristers’ chambers in Hong Kong, they are currently seeking for a Legal Secretary to join their team.

Legal Secretary

Responsibilities:

Provide secretarial support and personal assistance when required
Maintain barristers’ diaries
Filing and prepare electronic bundles
Liaise with solicitors regarding fees and other matters for professional engagements
Issue fee notes, receipts and reminders
Keep books and records and maintain petty cash books
Update periodicals and subscriptions

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
Well-versed in software applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
Good command of English and Chinese
