Are you proactive, friendly, and eager to make a difference? We are seeking a dedicated full-time
Legal Secretary / Paralegal / Law Clerk
to join a dynamic Workers' Compensation (WC), WID Claims Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with experienced Solicitors and provide essential legal and administrative support.

Who Should Apply:
Insurance case managers, law students, legal secretaries, or paralegals — even those with minimal personal injury experience are encouraged to apply!


Key Responsibilities:


  • Managing and scheduling diary appointments

  • Liaising with clients

  • Drafting correspondence and legal documents under supervision

  • General file management

  • Organising conferences

  • Diary management
