• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. A Juris Doctor or another pertinent advanced degree is advantageous.
• Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in legal recruitment or a closely related domain.
• Pronounced network within the legal sector.
• Stellar communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to oversee multiple projects concurrently and adhere to stringent deadlines.
• In-depth familiarity with current recruitment tools, platforms, and best practices, especially dedicated candidate sourcing skills.
