Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Legal Sales Representative based in Brazil.
This is a high-impact, client-facing sales role focused on helping prospective clients make informed decisions about legal services. You will lead consultative conversations with individuals navigating sensitive and important personal matters. The role combines relationship building, emotional intelligence, and strong closing skills to convert qualified prospects into signed engagements. You’ll manage multiple service offerings and guide prospects through their decision-making journey with professionalism and empathy. Success will be measured through conversion, revenue contribution, follow-up discipline, and client experience. This is a fully remote opportunity suited to a confident, accountable sales professional who thrives in results-oriented environments.
Accountabilities:
- Lead approximately 8–12 client consultations per week, conducting professional, empathetic, and consultative conversations with prospective clients seeking family law services.
- Convert qualified consultations into signed client engagements, with an expected conversion target of approximately 60%.
- Sell across multiple service tiers and high-value legal service offerings while aligning solutions with client needs.
- Manage complex, multi-touch sales cycles and follow up with undecided prospects within 48 hours to advance the decision-making process.
- Build trust during emotionally sensitive conversations while maintaining composure, professionalism, and a strong client-focused approach.
- Accurately document consultations, including client needs, objections, decision factors, and relevant follow-up actions.
- Ensure a smooth and well-documented handoff of signed clients to the legal team.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards by avoiding legal advice, outcome guarantees, or representations outside the scope of the sales role.
- Contribute directly to revenue growth by improving conversion rates, advancing qualified opportunities, and delivering a strong prospective-client experience.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a closing sales role, with a demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proven experience closing deals with average values of $3,000 USD or higher
- Strong background in consultative selling and multi-touch sales cycles, preferably involving high-consideration services.
- Excellent emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate sensitive, high-stakes conversations with empathy and professionalism.
- Strong written and spoken English skills for client consultations, follow-up, and documentation.
- Spanish proficiency is required for the role.
- Experience selling legal services or working in another human-services industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM and legal sales platforms such as Clio, Lawmatics, Salesforce, or HubSpot is highly desirable.
- Exposure to installment payment structures, insurance-based sales, retainer models, or similar commercial environments is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, organization, and objection-handling skills.
- A self-starter mindset with strong ownership, accountability, resilience, and a clear focus on measurable results.
- Ability to work remotely while maintaining consistent performance, responsiveness, and professionalism.
Benefits:
- Monthly compensation range of $1,280–$2,000 USD, depending on experience and performance factors.
- Competitive compensation structure with opportunities tied to sales performance.
- Paid Time Off.
- Bonuses.
- 100% remote/home-based work environment.
- Full-time, long-term career opportunities.
- Parental Leave.
- Professional development and training opportunities.
- Dedicated team support.
- Opportunity to work in a results-driven environment where client experience and commercial impact are highly valued.
- Working schedule aligned with 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST/EDT
