We are seeking a skilled Legal Researcher to join a reputable law firm in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a passion for legal research, strong analytical abilities, and the expertise to support legal professionals with accurate, well-researched information.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Conduct comprehensive legal research for client matters and internal projects.
• 
  Review and analyze laws, regulations, case law, and legal documents.
• 
  Support lawyers by providing accurate legal analysis and strategic recommendations.
• 
  Maintain and organize legal research databases and documentation.
• 
  Monitor changes in laws and regulations, providing timely updates to the legal team.
• 
  Assist in preparing legal presentations and client proposals.
• 
  Collaborate with internal teams and external legal professionals when required.
• 
  Mentor junior researchers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements:

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or a related legal qualification.
• 
  Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Legal Researcher or in a similar legal role.
• 
  Strong knowledge of legal research methodologies and legal databases.
• 
  Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• 
  Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• 
  Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• 
  Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• 
  Knowledge of Kuwait labor laws and HR-related regulations is preferred.
