The role combines hands-on contract work with project coordination, knowledge management and process improvement. Working closely with lawyers and business stakeholders, the specialist will take ownership of defined deliverables, help keep legal workstreams moving and turn legal guidance into practical tools that teams can use. The scope provides room to work independently within clear parameters and to expand responsibilities as experience develops.

  • Review and compare contracts, identify deviations from approved positions and obtain input from the relevant legal or business owner.
  • Maintain contract templates, playbooks, clause libraries, precedents, FAQs and training materials.
  • Coordinate defined legal workstreams for product launches and other cross-functional projects, including actions, inputs, deadlines and status reporting.
  • Organize and maintain legal knowledge so that approved guidance and work product can be reused across markets.
  • Administer legal intake, matter-management and reporting processes, including data quality and follow-up on open items.
  • Use approved digital and AI tools for legal research, drafting, document comparison and knowledge management, subject to applicable controls.

Profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law, legal practice, business administration, project management or a related field.
  • Experience in a paralegal, legal analyst, legal operations, contract-management or legal project-management role.
  • Experience drafting or reviewing standard contracts and legal documents under templates, playbooks or defined instructions.
  • Experience coordinating projects involving several functions, stakeholders or countries.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, plus Dutch and/or French.
  • Able to work independently within defined parameters and escalate material, novel or higher-risk matters.

Skills:

  • Clear and accurate drafting, with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize competing requests, track deadlines and close assigned actions.
  • Strong organization and project coordination across markets and functions.
  • Service-oriented team player who responds constructively to requests, communicates clearly and works collaboratively to deliver practical support.
  • Ability to turn legal guidance into usable templates, checklists and instructions.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and readiness to use approved contract, workflow and AI tools.
  • Sound judgment, discretion and compliance with confidentiality requirements.

Must Have Experience:

  • Hands-on experience drafting or reviewing contracts or other legal documents.
  • Experience applying templates, playbooks, approval rules or defined legal processes.
  • Experience coordinating deliverables and deadlines across multiple stakeholders.
  • Ideally, a concrete example of improving a legal process, template set, knowledge resource or workflow.

Required Skills:

Preferred Skills:

Analytical Reasoning, Commercial Laws, Communication, Compliance Management, Consulting, Corporate Governance, Dispute Resolution, Lawyering, Legal Documents Preparation, Legal Instruments, Legal Services, Personal Development, Problem Solving, Report Writing, Risk Management, Strategic Thinking

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€72,500.00 - €115,230.00

Benefits:

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
