Process Improvement Specialist

James Carrera of
Digital Data Foundation is sourcing an experienced Process Improvement
Specialist to make legal service delivery more efficient through an effective mix
of project management, business analysis & product toolkit.

Responsibilities

· Identifying
focus area, defining objectives and developing a project plan

· Process
mapping, defining performance measures and confirming stakeholder requirements

· Generating
solutions, conducting impact analysis and seeking feedback from stakeholders

· Building
alignment via communication and training, tracking key milestones, monitoring
performance and employing control measures

· Collecting
feedback, identifying further opportunities for improvement and fostering a
continuous improvement culture

Experience

Educated to
degree level you will have at least 3 years’ prior experience of Process Improvement
gained in a Consultancy or Legal firm;

· Demonstrated
Process improvement projects experience

· Stakeholder
management: facilitating workshops, negotiation, influencing

· Managing
business improvement projects through to completion

· Genuine
passion for innovation and technology
