Department purpose
Our global financial markets department specialises in international capital markets work including securities law and capital markets regulation and stock exchange listings, as well as asset backed structures. You will join a dynamic team advising amongst others investment banks, alternative investment funds, international commercial banks, governments and public entities requiring advanced legal advice for complex operations.

Role purpose
We are currently looking for a Legal Personal Assistant in global financial markets.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Managing calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks.

• Preparing, formatting, and organising legal and business documents.

• Assisting with file management, client onboarding processes, and billing-related activities.

• Acting as a reliable point of contact and providing general administrative support to the team.

• Contributing to the smooth running of the department through proactive and efficient support.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Legal Secretary, or in a similar administrative support role.

• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.

• A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.

• Fluency in English is essential. French and/or German would be considered a strong asset.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a keen interest in using AI technologies to streamline administrative processes and improve work outcomes.
