Job Description
Who We Are Looking For
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. You’ll be someone who enjoys taking ownership, working independently, and partnering with a range of stakeholders to get things done efficiently and to a high standard. You’ll bring around 3-4+ years of experience in either an in-house legal team or a law firm, with a strong track record of supporting and negotiating commercial agreements - ideally within regulated or operationally complex environments. You’re highly organised, confident in handling multiple priorities, and comfortable working across different time zones. You have strong communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Who You Will Work With
• You’ll be part of Crisis24’s Legal Department, working closely with Legal Counsel as well as cross-functional teams including Compliance, Risk, Finance, Operations, and senior leadership.
• This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll also engage with colleagues and stakeholders across the UK, Europe, the US, and Singapore - giving you exposure to a truly global business.
What You Will Work On
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full contract lifecycle - from initial intake through to execution, renewal, and closeout, supporting a wide range of commercial agreements across our security, risk management, and medical services businesses.
Your work will include:
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of agreements such as MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, supplier/vendor contracts, SaaS and licensing agreements, and data protection terms
• Translating operational requirements into clear and effective contract language, including scope, deliverables, SLAs, KPIs, pricing, and change controls
• Identifying and mitigating legal and commercial risks, including liability, indemnities, insurance, and compliance obligations
• Supporting corporate governance activities and contributing to the continuous improvement of contract processes
• Developing and maintaining templates, clause libraries, and negotiation playbooks to drive consistency and efficiency
• Assisting with employment law matters, disputes, and litigation support, including pre-litigation and administrative coordination
• Supporting a variety of legal projects and initiatives as the business evolves
What You Will Bring
• 3-4+ years’ experience supporting an in-house legal team or working within a law firm
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts end-to-end
• The ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage competing priorities effectively
• A problem-solving mindset with sound judgment and a proactive approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Close attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Confidence working with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, DocuSign, and document/matter management systems
• Flexibility to collaborate across UK, US, and APAC time zones
