About the TMT & Data Privacy Team

Our Amsterdam TMT & Data Privacy team advises domestic and international clients on a wide range of legal and regulatory matters relating to technology, media, telecommunications, data privacy and digital transformation.

Areas of work include:

• Commercial technology contracts
• Data protection and privacy
• Cybersecurity
• Intellectual property
• E-commerce and consumer law
• European technology and platform regulation

The team regularly supports clients navigating emerging technologies and an evolving regulatory landscape.

The Opportunity

As a Legal PA, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the team. You will provide organisational, administrative and communication support to lawyers, helping them deliver an outstanding service to clients.

You will work closely with one of the partners within the TMT & Data Privacy practice and become a trusted member of the team. You will also be part of the wider Amsterdam support function and an international network of Legal PAs across the firm, giving you opportunities to collaborate and share best practice with colleagues globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing complex diaries and coordinating internal, international and client meetings
• Supporting lawyers with document preparation and production
• Assisting with financial administration and billing processes
• Maintaining both physical and electronic filing systems
• Preparing correspondence and legal documentation
• Supporting business development activities and client events
• Arranging travel and processing expenses
• Managing client matter administration and ensuring accurate record keeping and file management

What We're Looking For

We're interested in speaking with professionals who:

• Have significant experience working as a Legal PA or in a similar professional support role
• Ideally have experience within a law firm, professional services environment or international organisation
• Are proactive, highly organised and exceptionally detail-oriented
• Can manage multiple priorities and build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Have excellent written and spoken English and Dutch language skills
• Are confident using Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Excel
• Ideally have experience with iManage or a similar document management system
