Responsibilities

• Assist in filing, scanning, and organizing legal documents and contracts to maintain a clean digital and physical archive.
• Assist in coordinating meetings, book room for meeting, managing the legal team's calendar.
• Handle general office tasks such as data entry, preparing meeting minutes, and tracking the status of legal signatures/notarizations.
• Monitor and maintain the legal document inventory, including tracking the status, completeness, validity/expiry dates, and proper storage of legal documents managed by the Legal Department.
• Prepare periodic reports on the status of legal documentation and follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely completion and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Law, Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong administrative skills and highly attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willing to do full WFO in SCBD Jakarta Selatan.
