We are looking for a tech-savvy, business-oriented innovator to join our Legal Operations team. This role focuses on designing and implementing technology-driven solutions that optimize legal and business processes. You will leverage AI, LLMs, and automation tools within the Microsoft ecosystem to drive efficiency, scalability, and cross-functional collaboration.

Role accountabilities:

Technology Enablement & Innovation

• Support implementation and optimize legal technology solutions (e.g., CLM, workflow automation, AI agents).
• Integrate LLM-based tools into contract review, compliance, and reporting workflows.
• Champion adoption of Microsoft tools (Power Automate, Copilot, Teams, SharePoint).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Legal, Procurement, Business units, and IT to align processes with business objectives.
• Translate identified business needs into actionable tech solutions.

Change Management & Training

• Drive teams’ engagement and adoption of new technologies.
• Deliver training and support for tools and processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

Who We're Looking For:

• A process-obsessed problem solver who loves building technical solutions to bring forward structure, clarity, and efficiency by using technology.
• Strong proven knowledge of developing and implementing AI tools and workflows within a legal department involvement (e.g., contract review automation, knowledge management automation, document intelligence, and the development and maintenance of comprehensive contract playbooks).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English at a professional level, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Strong understanding of legal technology (CLM, document management, knowledge management tools, etc.) and the ability to drive high adoption is a strong advantage.

Requirements:

• Degree in Law, Business, Technology, or Operations, or related field.
• 3+ years in legal tech, business process optimization, or technology implementation roles.

Technical Skills

• Experience developing with AI/LLM tools, agents, automation tools, and data analytics.
• Experience developing solutions within Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams).
• An experience with the maintenance and implementation of contract management systems is a strong advantage.
