Porsche Albania sh.p.k. is the official importer and exclusive retailer of Skoda, SEAT, VW PKW and Audi in Albania and retailer for Volkswagen Commercial Cars. For further development of our business in Tirana we are searching for a new team member.

Therefore, we're looking for highly qualified and motivated candidates for the position of Legal and Compliance Specialist.

Brief Role Description

As a Legal Operations Specialist I, you are responsible for providing legal expertise and guidance to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Your role involves interpreting and applying legal principles to mitigate risks and support organizational decision-making. You liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties to address legal matters effectively and uphold the integrity of the organization's operations. This role can have significantly more experience and/or tasks/responsibilities than the base role.

Possible Tasks within this Role

Legal Specialist:

• Provide legal opinions for entity-specific legal matters.
• Draft and review contracts with suppliers and third parties.
• Coordinate with the Notary Public to handle the notarization of documents.
• Prepare legal documentation for permits of stay and work permits.
• Perform tasks assigned to Legal as per Contract Management System regulation.
• Regularly report to the Legal Manager according to internal guidelines.
• Prepare draft documents necessary for the company.
• File applications with state authorities.

Compliance specialist:

• Support the implementation and review of compliance programs and measures under the direction of the Compliance Officer.
• Collect and maintain all documentation relevant to compliance activities in designated folders and repositories.
• Coordinate and implement all non-technical e-learnings in coordination with the different departments.
• Monitor legal changes and national laws relevant to the activities of Porsche Albania.
• Monitor Legislation concerning Product Compliance
• Perform integrity check for suppliers and third parties and sanction check for sponsorships.
• Report relevant issues to the Compliance Officer.
• Assist the Compliance Officer with compliance tasks.
• Assist the Data Protection Officer with Data Protection tasks.

Local Guideline Coordinator:

• Supervise and steer the guideline approval and implementation process including, translation, publication in intranet, and other designated repositories and applications.
• Handle and communicate the availability of policies and guidelines to all relevant employees

Legal Specialist:

• Handle information security topics within the company aligned with internal guidelines and procedures.
• Execute training and awareness measures concerning InfoSec.
• Develop the internal framework regarding Information Security
• Cooperate and collaborate with the Data Protection Officer.
• Coordinate the investigation of information security incidents.

Qualification requirements

• Working experience at a similar position of at least 2 years,
• Computer knowledge
• Excelling knowledge of English or German,
• Working habits, ambition and initiative, self esteem, self evaluation and sense of responsibility
• Driving Licence
