Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Training & Learning Programs:

  • Manage the day-to-day administration and execution of Legal, Ethics & Compliance training programs and learning initiatives.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and professional development events.
  • Maintain annual training calendars and related program materials.
  • Partner with presenters and subject matter experts to support development and delivery of learning content.
  • Monitor participation, engagement, and training effectiveness metrics.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to learning programs and processes.

Visa University & CLE Administration:

  • Administer Legal & Compliance learning activities and content on Visa University.
  • Coordinate learning assignments, curriculum updates, course enrollments, and training records.
  • Administer CLE and MCLE participation tracking and compliance-related activities.
  • Manage access to legal learning resources, including Practising Law Institute and other professional development tools.

Communications:

  • Draft and coordinate new hire announcements, newsletters and program updates.
  • Support leadership communications and department awareness campaigns.
  • Develop communication plans supporting department initiatives and change management efforts.

Knowledge Management:

  • Maintain department portal.
  • Partner with content owners to ensure resources remain current, and accessible.
  • Identify opportunities to improve content organization and information accessibility.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement:

  • Develop and maintain training, communications, and knowledge management metrics.
  • Support special projects and operational initiatives assigned.
  • Drive process improvements within assigned program areas.

Shared Responsibilities:

  • Support onboarding and department engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with department meetings, town halls, and events.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and operational improvement efforts.
  • Provide backup coverage for critical department programs.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in legal operations, learning and development, communications, knowledge management, program management, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting training, learning, communications, or knowledge management programs.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and corporate learning platforms.
  • Experience with CLE/MCLE administration is a plus.
  • Strong writing, editing, and presentation development skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Forms, and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Harvey, and other AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, enhance content development, support knowledge sharing, and streamline operational processes
  • Acts as a champion for new technologies and AI-enabled ways of working by identifying opportunities to improve processes and helping drive adoption across the organization.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
