You will be based in our Billund Headquarter and working closely with other legal colleagues as well as the business.

Core Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts across legal areas andjurisdictionsin EMEA/CEEMEA, supporting the company’s activities across manufacturing, procurement,salesand marketing.
Ensure legal accuracy and alignment with corporate policies and compliance with internal contracting standards, legal frameworks, and governance requirements, including escalation of material legal risks when needed.
Potentially act as go-to person for privacy related contractual mattersas well as matters relating toDanish andinternationalcontract law
Communicate complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-legal stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making and effective risk mitigation.
Support the streamlining and standardization of contracting processes, including contributing to playbooks, templates, negotiation guides, and legal tech platform improvements.
Contribute to continuousimprovementandinnovationinitiatives such as automation opportunities,contract analytics,AI driveninitiativesand legal ops process optimization to improve efficiency and consistency.

Do youhave,what it takes?
Besides your law degree from a Danish University, you will bring
Strong drafting skills of contracts across different legal areas and contract types, e.g., marketing, procurement, sales, etc.
Background in and experience with Danish contract law
Experience within an inhouse legal function or law firm
Strong understanding ofinternationalcontract law, preferably with experience supporting European countries with legal matters
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communicationskills for cross-functional collaboration and to communicate complex legal concepts and obligations clearly to non-legal customers
Understanding of and curiosity around legal tech and AI solutions for contract work
