Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Legal Operations Associate with 1–2 years of experience to support general administrative tasks related to contracts. This role is ideal for someone with a legal background who enjoys working at the intersection of law and technology. You will be assisting in inputting, organizing, and managing contract details within legal operations software for a fast-growing legaltech client.

Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required as you will be engaging with documentation and stakeholders in both English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Input and maintain contract-related data in legal and contract lifecycle management (CLM) software.

• 
  Review, organize, and track key contract terms, deadlines, and obligations.

• 
  Assist with generating basic reports and summaries from contract data.

• 
  Collaborate with internal legal and operations teams to ensure timely contract updates and compliance.

• 
  Maintain meticulous attention to detail in document and data handling.

• 
  Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders to clarify and confirm contract details

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 
  1–2 years of relevant legal operations, legal assistant, or paralegal experience.

• 
  Fluency in Mandarin and English is
  required
  , both written and spoken.

• 
  Strong proficiency with legal technology platforms, Microsoft Excel, and/or CLM tools.

• 
  Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.

• 
  Ability to work independently and manage multiple administrative tasks remotely.

• 
  Previous experience in a legaltech or fast-paced technology environment is a plus.
