Job Description

This position is onsite at the Corporate Headquarters located in Kenosha, WI.

This role provides operational, analytical, and administrative support to the Legal Department and supports the day-to-day functioning of legal processes, systems, and reporting. This position does not provide legal advice and does not practice law. The role operates under the direction of Legal leadership and collaborates closely with attorneys.

Responsibilities

  • Support legal matter intake, tracking, and documentation in designated legal systems.

  • Maintain accurate records for legal matters, vendors, and contracts.

  • Assist with preparation of routine legal reports, spend summaries, and dashboards.

  • Coordinate document routing, approvals, and signature processes.

  • Maintain legal department templates, trackers, and process documentation.

  • Provide guidance and training to internal teams on contract submission processes and tools.

  • Enter and validate data in legal operations tools such as matter management.

  • Perform routine data quality checks and system maintenance tasks.

  • Assist with testing and implementation of new legal tools or process enhancements, with a focus on strategically implanting technology solutions.

  • Vet, test, and implement modern technologies, like generative AI (and train individuals on how to use the various technologies already used by the department).

  • Support scheduling and communications.

  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • BA degree in business, operations, or information systems, or a related field

  • 0–2 years of professional experience (internships or co-op experience acceptable)

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills

  • Ability to work with spreadsheets, reports, and basic data analysis

  • Interest in legal operations

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, or similar tools
