DE L’EMPLOI
•Préparation du juridique d’approbation des comptes annuels•Rédactions des rapports et des procès-verbaux d’AG
•Réalisation des opérations de constitution•Rédaction des comptes rendus de conseils d’admin et d’AG
•Rédaction et suivi des opérations juridiques exceptionnelles (augmentation/réduction de capital, transfert desiège, distribution prime d’émission/intérêts statutaires, TUP, dissolution ave liquidation, coup d’accordéon etc.…).
•Mise à jour des registres légaux
•Tri et archivage de documentation•Amélioration de la procédure et des outils de suivi juridique (fiche de suivi, grille tarifaire, etc.…)
VOTRE PROFIL
•Vous êtes étudiant(e) d’une Grande Ecole de Commerce idéalement avec une spécialisation jurdique,
•Vous avez réalisé une expérience professionnelle significative.
•Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel, Word, la maitrise de l'outil DiligentEntities sera considérée comme un plus),
•Vous disposez de bonnes qualités de communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais (laconnaissance de l’allemand sera considérée comme un atout),
•Vous êtes organisé, rigoureux, curieux, avez le sens de l’anticipation, l'esprit d'équipe et la capacité àconstruire des relations fortes avec les clients.
