Job Description


·

Prepare Legal Memorandums and conduct legal research in
various topics related to the industry


·

Conduct necessary Legal Research upon Documents submitted by
the clients seeking funding.


·

Translating all contracts and letters from Arabic to English
And vice versa.


·

Assist the Head of Legal in the Role of Corporate Secretary,
to finalize all CS-related work.


·

Dealing with GAFI, FRA, Central Bank, MCSD or any other
related authority


·

Cooperate with other Lawyers in the legal department by
offering a legal opinion in their work when needed.


·

Authenticate EGM & AGM & Board meetings from GAFI.


·

High knowledge with the sharia charter


·

Preparing the minutes of meeting of the Board Committees


·

Dealing with Real estate office and support with units registration.


Requirements


  • Law Degree “Preferable English section”.

  • Experience from 2 to 4 Years “Preferable in Mortgage”

  • Very good in English Spoken & Written.
