Our client, a globally renowned law firm known for delivering cutting-edge legal solutions to leading financial institutions and Fortune Global 500 companies, is currently seeking a Legal Manager to join their Corporate Team in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support across a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters
• Prepare, review, and interpret legal documents under the guidance of attorneys
• Conduct legal research and due diligence investigations
• Assist in verifying corporate documents and preparing verification notes and prospectuses
• Draft legal correspondence and documentation
• Maintain organized legal files and manage relevant databases
• Support ad-hoc legal assignments as required

Candidate Profile:

• Law degree with 3-4 years of relevant experience, ideally within capital markets and Hong Kong IPO transactions
• Solid understanding of Hong Kong IPO processes and legal frameworks
• Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with strong Chinese reading and writing skills
• Familiarity with applicable legal rules and regulations
• Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal document management tools
• Experience with legal research platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw
