As a Legal-Intern/Trainee, you will engage in analyzing disputes, developing resolution strategies, and managing legal claims for clients. Within our Office of General Counsel (OGC) practice, you will provide strategic guidance and support across various industries, helping clients navigate complex disputes and mitigate potential risks. As an Intern, you will support teams by participating in projects, focusing on learning and gaining exposure to PwC's practices. You will perform basic tasks and conduct research while observing professional work environments, contributing reliably to the team's success.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will have the chance to work on a variety of assignments, each presenting unique challenges and scope. Responsibilities

- Supporting the analysis and resolution of disputes and claims for clients
- Assisting in the development of strategic legal approaches to minimize risks
- Conducting research and gathering evidence to support legal case management
- Participating in the preparation of legal briefs and strategies for arbitration
- Engaging in claims management and performance monitoring to enhance outcomes
- Collaborating with teams to navigate complex legal disputes and provide client support
- Applying legal compliance standards and maintaining adherence to regulations
- Utilizing claims resolution and risk management skills to address client needs
- Preparing for trial and witness interviews to strengthen legal positions
- Observing and learning from experienced legal professionals to build commercial awareness

What You Must Have

- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
