Department purpose

Our corporate M&A team is at the forefront of providing exceptional legal services in the dynamic field of mergers and acquisitions. With a strong focus on transactional work, we advise clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including cross-border transactions, private equity deals, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.

As part of this team, we have experts in real estate with significant experience in both domestic and cross-border transactions, including forward sale agreements and value-add development projects. They regularly advise institutional clients and project developers on complex leasing matters and construction projects, including large-scale refurbishment initiatives.

Role purpose

A six-month internship in our real estate practice from January to June 2027 which is covered by an internship agreement.

This is more than an internship: it is a genuine immersion in the practice of a leading international firm. You will sit alongside our lawyers, who are recognised for their expertise in high-stakes disputes and investigations. Working with them every day, you will benefit from close mentoring, clear guidance and regular feedback. You will be fully integrated into the team from day one, contributing to complex domestic and cross-border litigation, arbitration and investigation matters.

Key requirements

• You are currently preparing for a master in law, LL.M or preparing a bar in any European jurisdiction.
• You are looking for an internship as part of your Master's degree, a gap year or for your PPI at the French Bar.
• You have strong analytical skills, attention to details
• You have a strong interest in real estate law
• You are a highly motivated student fluent in French and English and have good writing skills in both languages as you will work on international matters.
