Our Legal team at Alice & Bob plays a key role in supporting the company’s growth and operations in a fast-evolving deeptech environment. Working closely with all teams, the department is involved in a wide range of topics, including commercial contracts, partnerships, compliance, and the structuring of internal processes. As the company scales, the Legal function is continuously evolving to build efficient, pragmatic, and business-oriented solutions that enable innovation while managing risk.
Are you looking for an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Legal Operations within a fast-growing tech environment?
We are seeking a Legal Intern to support our legal team in its day-to-day activities and contribute to key projects as we scale. In this role, you will gain exposure to a wide range of legal matters, from contract review to legal process structuring.

Responsibilities:

At Alice & Bob you will:
• Legal Monitoring & Research: Conduct legal monitoring and perform legal research on specific topics relevant to the company’s activities
• Contract Support: Assist in the review of standard agreements and support the drafting and proofreading of simple contracts and legal documents
• Legal Processes: Contribute to the implementation of legal processes to improve team efficiency and support the structuring of the legal function
• Documentation Management: Help centralize, organize, and maintain legal documentation to ensure clarity, accessibility, and efficiency
• Operational Legal Support: Assist with daily legal tasks across various areas of the business
• Projects: Contribute to a specific legal project (if launched during the internship), such as process improvement or legal structuring initiatives

Requirements:

We are looking for a motivated law student eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in Law (M2) or are a Trainee Lawyer (EFB / Bar School candidate)
• Strong skills in legal research and legal writing
• A rigorous, structured, and detail-oriented mindset
• A proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative 
• The ability to work independently as well as within a team 
• Experience with automation tools and a strong ability to streamline and optimize processes 
• English proficiency required
• French is a plus
