The main objective of the training project is for the student to gain practical and applied experience in internal in-house legal counsel, actively integrating into the Legal Department and interacting with various company departments. The student will develop their ability to apply theoretical knowledge acquired during their university studies to a real business environment, with a special focus on the areas of Privacy, Corporate Law, and Regulatory Compliance.
Support in the day-to-day management of data protection matters (GDPR and LOPDGDD).
Collaboration in drafting, updating, and maintaining the Record of Processing Activities (ROPA).
Support in conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and risk analyses.
Legal analysis of new products, services, or company initiatives from a privacy by design and by default perspective.
Review and drafting of data protection clauses and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with third parties.
Support in monitoring and updating the internal regulatory framework.
Case law research and monitoring of legislative developments.
Assistance with corporate secretarial and governance support tasks.
