Your Day-to-Day

• Support the processing of clinic permits, including OSS RBA, NIB, Operational Clinic Permits, SIP, and STR.
• Perform data entry and update the status of various permits and licenses.
• Provide administrative coordination with relevant government agencies, such as the Ministry of Health and DPMPTSP.
• Help monitor permit expiration dates and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
• Prepare simple reports on legal status and licensing progress.
• Execute other administrative duties as required by the legal function.
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Law or a recent graduate.
• Demonstrated interest in health law and facility licensing processes.
• Basic understanding of legal principles and administrative procedures is a plus.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills for document management.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
• Effective communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning.
