Support the in‑house legal counsel in addressing day‑to‑day legal queries from business stakeholders.
Assist in identifying and summarizing contractual risks, key obligations, and commercial deviations.
Conduct legal and regulatory research relevant to ongoing business activities and risk exposure.
Support litigation monitoring by tracking cases, hearing dates, deadlines, and preparing internal dashboards.
Assist with legal operations, including digitalization initiatives, internal trackers, KPIs, and cost reporting.
Support corporate secretarial matters under the Companies Act, 2013, including assistance with board and committee documentation and statutory filings.
Assist with routine corporate housekeeping activities in coordination with regional stakeholders.
Law student (preferably from the 4th semester onwards) or comparable legal studies
Prior internship or student assistant experience preferred
Basic understanding of contract and civil law; interest in corporate and in‑house legal work
Structured, detail‑oriented, and reliable working style
Strong analytical skills and willingness to learn
Confident use of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint)
Very good written and spoken English skills
