Legal Intern

Your key responsibilities

• Contract and legal documents review and translation;
• Manage corporate secretary works, including but not limited to, draft corporate documents, manage government procedures, company chop etc.;
• Support department administration, including but not limited to, document filing, data input/encoding;
• Other tasks as might be assigned from time to time.

• long Internship position which helps you to gain knowledge about the processes of a multinational company
• Real experience in the field of your interest, learnt from a professional team
• Flexible work schedule
  

You bring

• Good command of both written and oral English
• Good organization and communication skills
• Computer proficient including MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and willing to learn
• At least committed to 3 days+ every week
• Under-graduate student or student in graduated school majoring in Law or English
