What You’ll Do

• Conduct legal and regulatory research on a variety of topics
• Assist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents
• Support contract administration and management processes
• Contribute to compliance, risk management, and governance initiatives
• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations
• Maintain legal files and document systems
• Monitor legal/regulatory updates impacting the business
• Support litigation, investigations, and special projects as needed
• Collaborate with teams across the organization

What We’re Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a law, paralegal, undergraduate, or graduate program (law, business, public policy, or related field)
• Strong research, analytical, writing, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Discretion in handling confidential information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred:

• Prior legal, compliance, or administrative experience
• Familiarity with legal research tools and contract processes
• Interest in corporate, employment, or regulatory law
