About the Role:
To protect the company from legal risks occurring from daily business operations
To educate business teams to enable themselves to comply with laws & regulations
What you'll do:
Legal Advisement: Under moderate supervision by attorneys, provide appropriate legal advice and strategies to business
teams and assist to support eliminating legal risks, by researching relevant laws (legal areas including: the Door to Door Sales
Act, Fair Trade Act, Claims & Advertisement Act, Labor Law, Privacy Law, Real Estate Law, Civil Law, Criminal Law,
Commercial Law, Company Law, etc.), interpreting contracts, agreements, transactions, analyzing legal disputes, sales
compensation plan, external announcements/disclosures, corporate records etc.

Contract Review: Review and revise sizable contracts to prevent legal disputes regarding transaction, including IT
development agreements, event arrangement agreement, manufacturing agreement, sale and purchase agreement,
contracting agreement, intellectual property licensing agreement, maintenance agreement, video/content publishing
agreement, advertisement agreement, consulting agreement, research agreement, NDA, donation agreement, construction
agreement, personal information processing agreement etc.

Manage Legal Procedures: Manage litigations, mediations, arbitrations and investigations: Attend and assist hearings and
interrogations, prepare strategies to minimize company’s risk and retain and observe outside counsel’s performance, prepare
documents for regulatory filings, apostilles, government certification, by drafting initial drafts of such documents based on
review of relevant information and documents.

Legal Updates: Internally communicate and deliver legal updates of revision of laws, regulations and legal issues to
management and relevant departments, including Door-to-Door Sales Act, Cosmetics Act, Health Functional Foods Act, Fair
Trade Act, Product Safety Management Act, Design Protection Act, Business Secret Protection Act, Trademark Act, Food
Claims &Advertisement Act, Cosmetics Claims &Advertisement Act, Privacy Law (Personal Information Act & Guidelines,
Information Communication Protection Act), Environmental Law (Packaging, Resource Saving & Recycling, Separate
Discharging ), Electric Communication Industry Act, Labor Law (Gender Equality Act, Labor Standards Act, Industrial Safety
Act), Logistics Service Industry Act, Serious Accidents Act, Sub-contracting Act, Food/Medication Test & Evaluation Act,
Company Audit Act, Tax Law (Corporate Tax Act, VAT Act, National Tax Act,), Infection Prevention Act, , Importation Law,
Consumer Law (Consumer Protection Act, Electronic Transaction Act), Commercial Building Lease Act.

Legal Training: Provide legal education and training session including the contract review process, legal advice request
process & legal crisis management process to support employee understanding

Internal Work Process Refinement: Establish, review and revise internal regulations properly and update standard legal
documents (contract, any legal form etc.)

What you'll need:
• Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Degree Field(s): Legal
• Work Experience: 5-10 years
• Related Experience: Paralegal experience in a legal team

• Experience in the direct selling industry
• Experience in cosmetics and/or health functional foods industry (or similar industry: healthcare – pharmaceuticals ).
