What You'll Actually Do

Think of this role as the first opportunity to win a client's trust. Every call matters.

You will:

• Handle back-to-back inbound and outbound calls with potential clients
• Speak with individuals seeking legal help after an accident or injury
• Ask strategic questions to understand and qualify each potential case
• Build rapport quickly and create confidence in our firm
• Follow up persistently with qualified prospects
• Handle objections professionally and confidently
• Guide qualified potential clients through the sign-up and onboarding process
• Consistently work toward conversion and signed-client goals
• Collaborate with the Intake and Legal teams to create a seamless client experience.
