• Provide legal advice and guidance to internal teams regarding regulatory matters.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compliance programs and ensure adherence to legal standards.
• Train and educate staff on regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Engage with regulatory bodies and represent the organization in legal matters as needed.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to compliance and regulatory activities.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Law degree (JD or equivalent) with a specialization in regulatory law or compliance.
• Proven experience as a legal expert or regulatory compliance officer, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and legal standards relevant to the industry.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely to non-legal stakeholders.
