Key Responsibilities – Legal Executive

• Collaborate with the legal team to provide effective legal research and support on a wide range of company operations and transactions.
• Engage with various departments to ensure compliance with local regulations and equity crowdfunding laws.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents pertinent to crowdfunding and investment operations.
• Assist in the identification and management of legal risks within the business and propose proactive solutions.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and efficient updating of company policies.
• Facilitate successful and timely completion of legal projects by collaborating with internal teams and external legal counsel as needed.

Required Qualifications – Legal Compliance Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in a legal role within the finance or crowdfunding sector is preferred.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and excellent drafting skills.
• Proven ability to handle legal and compliance issues with professionalism and discretion.
• Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation and corporate legal affairs.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to convey complex legal concepts to non-legal team members clearly.
